Terms of Service

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and All-Star Mobile Detail (hereafter referred to as “All-Star,” “team,” “employee,” “us,” “our,” or “we” ) and your obligations to us concerning the service(s) you purchase. By using our service and this website, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification by you. By using the services of All-Star Mobile Detail, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Operating and Moving your Vehicle

To execute the services requested, you must give the All-Star mobile Detail Team access to your vehicle for the duration of the service asked and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please ensure the keys to the vehicle of service are available to us. This document confirms that you authorize us to operate and move your vehicle.

Quality of Service

As a dedicated mobile detail business, we do our best to provide quality services to you to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the complete restoration of your vehicle to its previous or new condition. Any physical damages to interiors will not be repaired as they do not fall under our expertise. In addition, for any damages to the exterior, such as but not limited to: dents, cracks, or deformations are not within our scope of service and will not be repaired. Scratches and scoffs can be restored to a certain extent depending on the scratch's depth. If the service requested requires it, we will try with the utmost effort to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. A final inspection will be done with you to ensure your satisfaction with the job performed. However, if you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. All-Star Mobile Detail will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our team.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE

The All-Star team cannot be held responsible for any pre existing damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and skilled at what we do. We will advise you of the incident if there are any damages while performing the requested service on your vehicle. By agreeing to use our detailing services, you also agree not to hold All-Star Mobile Detail and its employees liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. All-Star Mobile Detail limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
